As a Junior IT Consultant for Atlassian Solutions (m/f/d), you’ll gradually grow into a consulting role focused on Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, and take on your own responsibilities early on.
Your Responsibilities
- You'll support our consulting team in configuring and further developing Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- You'll be involved in client projects, from gathering requirements to implementing the first solution components
- You will maintain and optimize existing customer solutions together with experienced colleagues.
- You'll assist with workshops and client meetings, and in the process, you'll learn how consulting works in practice.
- You'll actively contribute to our team and help further develop our internal service portfolio.
- You'll support projects throughout their entire lifecycle and, in the process, learn how a consulting project is structured and carried out.
- You will support our team in creating training materials, instructional resources, and knowledge documentation.
- As you gain more experience, you'll take on more and more responsibilities of your own.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed your vocational training or degree program, ideally in IT, business informatics, or a related field.
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) as well as good English language skills – both spoken and written.
- Previous experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian products is a plus, but not required.
- You have a genuine interest in IT consulting and want to learn about new tools and topics.
- You stand out for your ability to grasp concepts quickly and your enthusiasm for learning about technical and organizational processes.
- You work in an organized and independent manner, while also actively asking for help when you need it.
- You enjoy communication and are confident enough to participate in client meetings and workshops.
- The ability to work well with others and a strong willingness to learn come naturally to you.
- You are willing to travel occasionally to attend workshops and client meetings.
