Are you a college student looking to gain real-world insights into IT consulting alongside your studies, rather than just cramming theory? Then you’ve come to the right place! With us, you’ll learn the tools of the trade as a consultant directly on real client projects – not just from textbooks.
As a student intern working as an IT consultant (m/f/d), you’ll support our team for about 20 hours a week and gradually gain experience in consulting work. After you graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to join our team on a permanent basis.
Your Responsibilities
- You'll support our consulting team with tasks related to Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, and in the process, you'll gain in-depth familiarity with the tools.
- You'll play an active role in preparing for and following up on client meetings and workshops.
- You'll play an active role in client projects and gain insight into all project phases, from requirements gathering to implementation.
- You'll help research and analyze customer requirements and prepare them in a way that allows the team to build directly on them.
- You will carry out configuration tasks and tests on your own
- You will assist our team in creating documentation, presentations, and training materials.
- You'll contribute to internal projects, take on new challenges, and drive initiatives forward on your own.
Your Profile
- You are a registered student, ideally in the field of business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a related discipline.
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) as well as good English language skills – both spoken and written.
- You'll be helping us out for about 20 hours a week
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian products is a plus, but not required.
- You have a genuine passion for IT consulting and want to develop the skills of a consultant step by step.
- You work reliably and independently, and you enjoy actively contributing to the team.
- You stand out for your ability to grasp concepts quickly and your interest in new tools and topics.
