As an Atlassian Consultant (m/f/d), you’ll provide hands-on support to our customers as they embark on their journey toward a digital future.
Your Responsibilities
- You'll advise our customers on the development, expansion, and configuration of Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- When making decisions regarding architecture, tools, and add-ons, you evaluate various solution options and advise our clients.
- You will continuously optimize existing customer solutions to meet their specific needs and provide ongoing support for them over the long term.
- You will be the primary point of contact for our customers during pre-sales meetings, workshops, and technical evaluations.
- This includes analyzing customer-specific requirements, as well as developing tailored solution and authorization concepts and initial prototypes based on Atlassian tools.
- You share your expertise through workshops, webinars, and training sessions, empowering users to work effectively with Atlassian products.
- To do this, you'll create training materials, instructional resources, and knowledge documentation.
- You'll play an active role in further developing our internal service portfolio and contribute new product and solution ideas.
Your Profile
- You have 3–4 years of hands-on experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- You are well-versed in the Atlassian ecosystem and have extensive experience in administration, customization, and the implementation of customer-specific solutions.
- You have the ability to quickly grasp technical requirements and translate them into high-performance solution architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a structured and independent manner, are among your strengths.
- You have a confident manner when communicating with customers and enjoy leading workshops, training sessions, and providing expert advice.
- Your strong commitment, high level of self-motivation, and drive to advance projects to an above-average standard set you apart.
- Ideally, you have experience with integrations, automation, and relevant Atlassian add-ons.
- You have a strong service orientation and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way.
- Occasional travel to workshops and client meetings is no problem for you.
- You have a very good command of German (at least C1 level) as well as good written and spoken English skills.
